What we do

Here are five things that make us a little bit different:
  • One: Communication
    Everyone in our team is actively involved with clients, all the time. Our designers are account managers. Nothing has to get relayed back. Nothing gets lost in the process.
  • Two: We do like things that work
    We've been ISO 9000:2001 accredited for three years. A couple of years ago we got Investors in people accreditation. Some people think these are amazing achievements for a small design company. We're quite proud of them too.
  • Three: We think that several brains are better than one
    Everyone in our team (except one - Fletch!) knows what's going on with every client, all the time. Everyone has a chance to input. We talk...we share ideas.
    We put time aside to do it. It's very stimulating. It works.
  • Four: We're there
    For us, customer service means working hard, and being there when our clients need us. Whether that's first thing in the morning, last thing in the evening and sometimes even weekends.
    Fact: Phones are answered after three rings if not before Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
  • Five: Love
    We love what we do. We really love solid design and marketing strategies that give our clients a real return. Designs that look and feel great. Words that get stories and messages across in a clear, simple and engaging way.
